We're partnering with an award-winning international consultancy that's growing rapidly and looking for a Client Support Consultant to join their commercial team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced professional environment. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and business development professionals, supporting global clients and helping deliver tailored learning and consultancy solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Business Development team with new client opportunities
- Preparing client presentations, proposals, and pitch documents
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
- Researching prospective clients, markets, and commercial opportunities
- Helping create engaging sales and marketing content
- Managing client information and supporting relationship management activities
- Using LinkedIn and other platforms to help build brand awareness
- Working with international colleagues on projects and best practice initiatives

We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is highly organised with great attention to detail
- Enjoys building relationships and working with people
- Has a commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development
- Is proactive, curious, and keen to learn
- Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Holds a degree (Business, HR, or similar preferred), although relevant experience will also be considered
- Previous B2B or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential
