£31,000–£33,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits
Are you an early-career financial services professional looking to step into a highly respected, fast-paced environment where your work genuinely matters?
We’re partnering with a leading, independent wealth and investment management business to find a Client Services Executive to join their high-performing Professional Adviser Services team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 1–3 years’ experience (ideally within an IFA or wealth management setting) who is ready to build deep technical knowledge while supporting a sophisticated client base.
The Opportunity
This is not a purely administrative role. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with front-office teams and acting as a key support to IFAs and intermediaries.
- You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery, accurate client administration, and proactive communication across a wide range of client activities.
- The environment is fast-moving, collaborative and detail-driven — perfect for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives under pressure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
