Client Services Executive (6-Month FTC Role)
About the Role
THIS IS A 6-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (FTC) ROLE
The Client Services Executive will sit within a top-performing Relationship Management team at a highly prestigious Wealth Management firm.
Core Responsibilities

Handle client queries, including:
- Day-to-day account opening
- Trading on portfolios (taking and executing orders)
- Processing payments
- General investment administration — e.g., cash/asset transfers

Monitor transfers of cash and assets in/out of client accounts

Record daily money movements and submit weekly fund reports

Assemble documentation for client meetings, including:
- Presentations
- Meeting materials
- Review documentation
- Confidential client information

Manage private client files:
- Scan and file required documents
- Maintain records to compliance standards
- Prepare and update existing file systems

Input accurate client data into the CRM system
Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in:
- Client Services or Client Support (preferably within Investment Management/Private Banking)
- Ideally including client account opening and portfolio trade execution
- Preferred candidates have IOC (Investment Operations Consulting) or IAD (Investment Administration Asia/D백OO) experience, or a willingness to train in these areas

Technical & Training Skills
- Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- CRM system experience — ideally with Avaloq or a similar platform
Soft Skills
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service — clear, professional communication and problem-solving
