Idex Consulting is working with a boutique Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) firm to recruit a Client Services Executive for their Edinburgh office.

As a Client Services Executive, you will be a central point of contact for clients and intermediaries, ensuring smooth communication, accurate processing of instructions, and proactive support across all client servicing activity. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers, operations, compliance, and data teams to ensure an efficient and compliant client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a main point of contact for clients and intermediaries
  • Handle queries, instructions, and maintain accurate client records
  • Prepare meeting packs and support client reporting and valuations
  • Assist with onboarding, including KYC and suitability checks
  • Coordinate with Operations, Risk & Compliance, and Data teams
  • Process client payments following verification
  • Support general office duties including admin, diary, and reception cover

About You:

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar client services or financial services role (entry-level candidates with strong potential also considered)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • CRM experience (e.g. Xplan) desirable
