Ebury High Wycombe Office - Client Services Executive seeks to join Ebury Mass Payments (EMP), a leading non-bank provider of high-volume currency and payment solutions. Ebury is a fast-growing leader in the fintech industry, built on helping businesses operate and scale globally.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Client Services Executive to join Ebury’s Cross-border Mass Payments team. As a key member of the Client Service team, you will serve as the principal point of contact for Ebury clients, ensuring outstanding experience through:
- Service Delivery: Provide day-to-day support to clients, including online platform troubleshooting, currency trade execution, and payment/banking queries resolution.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts holistically — from implementation and training to identifying service enhancement opportunities.
- Problem-solving & Growth: Analyze client processes, leverage expertise, and proactively upsell/cross-sell solutions for improved long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Service Delivery
- Serve as primary liaison ensuring clients’ needs are addressed with professionalism.
- Resolve high-priority issues: discrepancies in payment dates, banking data, or policy-led concerns.
- Train clients in-product usage, executing demos, and drafting tailored reports.
Operational Excellence
- Work with internal teams (account managers, finance, operations) to provide end-to-end client support.
- Monitor KPIs: Engagement scores, payment trends, client satisfaction indicators.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor for emerging issues and trends requiring preventive action.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Core Requirements:
- Experience (1+ years): Prefers én customer-facing roles (e.g., client services, financial services, payments).
- Energy & Resilience: Handle pressure tactically to maintain efficiency.
- Communication: Iron-clad oral and written expertise in English (broad industry dialects welcome).
- Analytical: Numerical aptitude for discrepancy detection, often cross-logging or cross-carbon changes.
- Work Style: Driven to collaborate, adopt change, and foster relationships internally and externally.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
