About The European Services Sales Team
The World Wide Technology European Services Sales Team is rapidly expanding, and we are growing our services selling team. Our focus is on delivering best-in-class technology solutions to Tier-1 Global Financial companies. If you have a proven track record of success in services or consulting sales, we want to hear from you.
Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional and strategically minded Client Services Executive to join WWT's European Services Sales leadership team. With extensive and demonstrable experience in technology services sales and client leadership, you will own and grow a portfolio of Tier-1 Global Financial Services accounts, positioning WWT as the premier technology services partner of choice.
As a Client Services Executive you will define the services sales strategy for your accounts, lead complex multi-million dollar pursuits from qualification through to contract, and build enduring C-suite relationships. You will operate as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams, shaping transformational programmes spanning infrastructure modernisation, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
This is a senior individual contributor role offering significant autonomy and commercial ownership. You will work in close partnership with Client Managers, Global Account Executives, and WWT's Professional Services organisation to deliver best-in-class outcomes for clients and industry-leading commercial results for WWT.
What Will You Be Doing?
Account and Client Leadership
- Own and drive the services sales strategy for a defined portfolio of Tier-1 Global Financial Services accounts, setting the vision for long-term growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior decision-making leaders, leveraging and expanding your external network to identify and develop new services opportunities.
- Lead strategic discussions with client leadership, constructively challenging the status quo and presenting innovative, high-value services approaches.
- Develop and execute joint pursuit plans with Client Managers and Global Account Executives, aligning services sales strategy with the overall account relationship.

Pursuit Development and Commercial Execution
- Own full commercial responsibility for services pursuits from lead qualification through to contract close, consistently achieving and exceeding quota.
- Develop a thorough understanding of WWT's repeatable services plays, leveraging them strategically to drive demand and scale engagement across your account portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and lead pursuit of high-value services opportunities across your portfolio, driving revenue growth and expanding WWT's services footprint.
- Lead multi-disciplinary pursuit teams, negotiating complex, multi-million dollar statements of work and commercial structures directly with senior client stakeholders.
Go-to-Market and Portfolio Development
- Identify whitespace, define go-to-market strategies, and close expansion opportunities across WWT's full services portfolio — including Professional Services, Managed Services, and Advisory.
- Collaborate with WWT's Practice, Delivery, and Engineering leaders to develop and position new and differentiated service offerings.
- Represent WWT's services capabilities to OEM and ecosystem partners, strengthening co-sell motions and joint solution development.
Collaboration and Enablement
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing expertise and raising the capability of the broader team.
- Drive the adoption of management consulting practices and structured pursuit methodologies across the wider WWT European Services Sales team.
- Champion WWT's core values, corporate goals, and cultural principles in all activities, setting the standard for the team.
- Provide regular market insight and competitive intelligence to leadership, informing services strategy and investment priorities.
Qualifications
Experience
- Extensive and demonstrable years of progressive experience in technology services sales, consultative sales, or senior pre-sales leadership roles, with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding a multi-million dollar quota.
- Proven experience selling complex technology services to Tier-1 Global Financial Services institutions — including investment banks, retail and commercial banks, and payment network providers — with deep familiarity with their infrastructure modernisation, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, resilience, and regulatory compliance priorities.
- Experience developing and owning programmatic client constructs, including SOWs, managed service agreements, multi-year contracts, and framework agreements.
- Prior experience in programmatic services delivery is preferred — candidates who have worked within or alongside delivery teams on structured, repeatable service programmes will be at a distinct advantage.

Technical Knowledge
Functional knowledge and experience in selling across one, or ideally multiple, of the following domains:
- Technology infrastructure (e.g., end-user computing, data centres, enterprise networks, infrastructure modernisation).
- Cybersecurity and resilience (including regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to financial services).
- Emerging technologies (e.g., hybrid cloud, AI, automation, AIOps).
- Enterprise architecture and advisory consulting.
Skills And Abilities
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to shape, structure, and negotiate complex multi-million dollar deals, with mastery of programmatic constructs and contracting methods (SOWs, RFI, RFQ, RFP, managed service agreements, framework contracts).
- Executive presence and outstanding communication skills, with a proven ability to create and deliver compelling executive-level proposals, business cases, and presentations.
- Strategic thinking capability, with the ability to translate client business priorities into differentiated, commercially compelling services solutions.
- Emotional intelligence and gravitas to lead complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships and navigate sensitive commercial and organisational dynamics.
- Deep understanding of the financial services sector, including its regulatory landscape, commercial pressures, and technology transformation imperatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
