Position Description

We are seeking an ambitious, professional, and client-focused Client Services Executive to join our growing team in London.

This is a varied role combining client relationship management, inbound business development, investor support, and project work. You will play a significant role in helping UK investors understand GoldCore's services, supporting existing clients and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Education

  • Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong references demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and excellent client service skills.

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, pensions, investment services, fintech, or a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
  • CRM experience and strong organizational skills.
  • High diligence and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, initiative-taking, and client-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of precious metals, wealth preservation, or investment markets is desirable.
  • Understanding pensions, financial planning, or wealth management is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support prospective investors throughout the account opening and investment process.
  • Manage client enquiries by phone, email, and webchat.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
  • Support relationships with financial advisers and professional partners.
  • Assist with projects that improve client experience and support business growth.
