Position Description
We are seeking an ambitious, professional, and client-focused Client Services Executive to join our growing team in London.
This is a varied role combining client relationship management, inbound business development, investor support, and project work. You will play a significant role in helping UK investors understand GoldCore's services, supporting existing clients and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Education
- Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong references demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and excellent client service skills.

Skills And Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a client-facing role
- Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, pensions, investment services, fintech, or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
- CRM experience and strong organizational skills.
- High diligence and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, initiative-taking, and client-focused approach.
- Knowledge of precious metals, wealth preservation, or investment markets is desirable.
- Understanding pensions, financial planning, or wealth management is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support prospective investors throughout the account opening and investment process.
- Manage client enquiries by phone, email, and webchat.
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
- Support relationships with financial advisers and professional partners.
- Assist with projects that improve client experience and support business growth.

This is a UK onsite-based role at GoldCore UK.
