Company Description

Famous Wolf is a multi award winning, full service digital marketing agency. Founded in Birmingham in 2019, we now partner with national and global brands from our offices in Birmingham, London and Dubai. Everything we do is delivered in house, across paid social, organic social, influencer and UGC, Google Ads, SEO, web design and development, and out of home.

The Role

As we grow, our clients deserve a single, senior point of contact who owns their experience from the moment they sign. This is a new and pivotal role. You will be the person who makes sure every client feels looked after, every piece of work is joined up across our specialist teams, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will take full ownership of the client relationship, so that our specialists can focus on producing brilliant work and our leadership can focus on growth.

What you will own

  • Client relationships
    • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Build genuine trust, understand their goals, and become the person they rely on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Onboarding and handover

    • Run the handover from signed contract to live delivery, so the whole team knows exactly what has been sold, what is in scope, and what matters most to the client.
  • Reporting and communication

    • Own the monthly reporting cadence. Make sure every client receives clear, on time reporting that turns performance into plain, confident English and a story they understand.

    • Work across our paid, organic, SEO, creative and web teams to keep every account on brief, on track and on time. Be the bridge between client and delivery.
  • Retention and growth

    • Keep clients happy and keep them with us. Spot opportunities to add value, and lead the conversations that grow accounts.
  • Scope and commercials

    • Protect the value of our work, manage scope with confidence, and handle renewals and difficult conversations calmly.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in an account management or client services role, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, warmly and professionally with UK and international clients.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing across paid social, Google Ads, SEO and organic social, enough to hold a confident client conversation.
  • The ability to translate data into a clear, client friendly narrative.
  • Exceptional organisation and follow through, so that nothing slips.
  • Commercial awareness, and the confidence to lead value based conversations.
  • A calm, steady presence under pressure, and real care for the people you look after.
