The Role
The Client Services Manager role is to support the Business Development Manager with daily administrative operations by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and assisting with the daily operations of the business development team.
Location: Homebased with occasional travel to London office
Salary: Depending on experience
Contract: 6 month fixed term contract
Duties:
- Administration support for the client services desk and business development team.
- Dealing with requests for information and sales administration for the field-based business development team ensuring that messages, leads and enquiries are passed onto the relevant person.
- Managing the correspondence between the business development team and their clients.
- Updating the company CRM system.
- Providing quotations to clients on request.
- Processing client orders.
- Supporting the Business Development Managers with client development and management activities.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office applications
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work on your own as well as under direction
- Well organised with great attention to detail
