Client Services Manager
Client Services & Account Manager – Hybrid Role
About the Role
TECHNE, a relationship-led recruitment business specialising in Defence, Aerospace, Robotics, Space, and Automotive, is seeking a Client Services & Account Manager to bolster their client partnerships, project delivery, and account growth.
In this Full-time, permanent position, you’ll act as a trusted trusted point of contact for key clients, ensuring consistent communication, high-quality service, and strategic account management.
Supporting TECHNE’s 6–8 weekly fill rate process, your responsibilities will include managing client touchpoints, delivery updates, reporting, performance data, and tracking critical outcomes.
Additionally, you’ll play a key role in resourcing urgent client needs, prioritising deadlines, and aligning delivery teams to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

Account & Client Support
- Maintain open communication with key clients to build trust and loyalty
- Act as the single point of contact for all client needs and queries
- Track project performance, fill rates, and progress against agreed KPIs

Project Coordination & Delivery
- Support and escalate urgent client requirements across Defence, Aerospace, Robotics, Space, and Automotive sectors
- Ensure client expectations align with delivery timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with in-house teams to streamline hiring processes

Data & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, performance data, and account health dashboards
- Provide visibility into recruitment pipeline stages and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in:
- Account management, client services, or recruitment
- Customer success or relationship management (B2B preferable)
- Project coordination or resourcing within technical or engineering roles
