We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join the team at our 2030 Aztec West Business Centre in Bristol.
You’ll be at the heart of the centre - supporting our clients day to day, keeping operations running smoothly and playing a key role in the sales journey when new businesses come through the door.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage daily operations to ensure the workspace runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Support commercial sales by onboarding new occupiers, conducting tours, and promoting workspace offerings.
- Assist in planning and executing client events, meetings, and community activities.
- Provide support with finance and administrative tasks, including invoicing and maintaining up-to-date client accounts.
