Client Services Manager

Job Overview

BLUE HARBOUR CONSULTING LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. This is a Full-Time position ideal for a professional who is passionate about building exceptional client relationships and leading a team to deliver outstanding service. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing our client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in a client-facing leadership role.

Salary: £48,000 - £64,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the client services team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure these are met effectively.
  • Oversee the entire client service lifecycle, from onboarding to project completion and ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to the development of new business.
  • Manage and resolve complex client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyse client feedback and performance data to implement service improvements and optimise processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client satisfaction, and team performance to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Client Services Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-focused leadership role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A strong commercial awareness and a client-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
