- Take ownership of client relationships from implementation through to ongoing support, working closely with sales, operations and technology teams.

Requirements
- Around 2–5 years' experience within client services, consultant databases, investment operations, client reporting or a similar role supporting institutional investment clients.
- Strong understanding of the operational environment within asset management or financial technology, with experience managing client relationships and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions for clients.
