Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The next step is a safe pair of hands who can own these client relationships end to end. That is where you come in.

You will be the single point of contact between the client, the contingent worker, and the internal support teams, owning each assignment from onboarding through to renewal or exit.

The Role:

You take a request from the client to onboard an identified worker, and you make it happen. You coordinate the quote, hand off to compliance for onboarding and right to work checks, get payroll set up whether directly or through a local partner, and keep the client updated at every step.

When a worker has a question about expenses or their assignment, you are the person who sorts it.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the client relationship for a portfolio of high-volume enterprise accounts, keeping them updated and confident throughout
  • Manage the full onboarding of pre-identified contingent workers, coordinating quote, compliance, and payroll set-up
  • Be the first point of contact for both clients and workers, resolving queries on expenses, assignments, and process
  • Track assignments proactively, opening the renewal or extension conversation well before an assignment ends
  • Handle the moments when things go wrong, a delayed payment or an unusual request, so the worker still feels looked after
  • Keep systems and daily trackers 100% accurate so a clear overview is available at short notice
