Legal Sector | Premium Client Experience | Events & Hospitality Leadership

This is a highly visible role for a service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operation of the client suite and front-of-house reception function.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are consistently presented to the highest professional standards.
  • Manage room bookings, scheduling, utilisation, and last-minute changes.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex, high-profile, and sensitive client requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal and external events from conception through to execution.
  • Manage catering, hospitality services, and consumables to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Partner with IT and AV teams to support technology-enabled meetings and events.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditure, supporting cost control and forecasting initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a client services and hospitality team, driving service excellence and performance.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, operational governance, and service standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
