A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its prestigious London client suite, overseeing meeting facilities, events spaces, hospitality services, and front-of-house teams. This is a highly visible role for a service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
The Opportunity
As Client Services Manager, you will take ownership of a flagship client environment, ensuring the seamless delivery of meetings, events, and hospitality services to partners, clients, and senior stakeholders. You will combine operational leadership with hands-on service delivery, acting as the key point of contact for high-profile events and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the client suite and front-of-house reception function.
- Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are consistently presented to the highest professional standards.
- Manage room bookings, scheduling, utilisation, and last-minute changes.
- Act as the escalation point for complex, high-profile, and sensitive client requirements.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal and external events from conception through to execution.
- Manage catering, hospitality services, and consumables to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Partner with IT and AV teams to support technology-enabled meetings and events.
- Monitor budgets and expenditure, supporting cost control and forecasting initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and manage a client services and hospitality team, driving service excellence and performance.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, operational governance, and service standards.

About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Significant law firm experience relating to Client Services, Hospitality, Conference Services, Workplace Experience, or Events Management.
- Proven leadership experience managing front-of-house, hospitality, or client service teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with senior executives, partners, clients, and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational and operational management capabilities.
- A track record of successfully delivering high-quality meetings, conferences, and events.
- Financial awareness, including budget monitoring and cost management.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a client-facing environment.
- Experience working within international organisations and structured service frameworks.
- Familiarity with meeting room booking systems and AV-enabled event environments.
