Our Global client is a leading name in IT distribution. The aim is to link technology vendors to distribution partners who resell software and solutions to business and other customers.
This is an exciting time to join their expanding UK and Ireland operation, which serves the EMEA region. The role is a brand-new position and will be pivotal in helping launch their new HQ flagship premises in the City of London, working as their Client Services Manager. You will be the central figure and “go to” person for all visitors, creating a polished, efficient, and welcoming environment while ensuring the office runs seamlessly day to day.
You will be highly organized, proactive, and service driven, with a natural ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding professional standards. You will play a key part in supporting leadership, coordinating office operations, and upholding our brand image within a fast-paced IT distribution setting.
Duties
Front of House & Concierge Services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery partners
- Deliver a warm, professional, brand aligned reception experience
- Manage meeting room schedules, setups, catering arrangements, and visitor access
- Handle incoming calls, post, courier logistics, and deliveries efficiently

Office Management & Facilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-presented environment
- Manage suppliers, consumables, facilities contracts, and IT peripherals
- Coordinate with building management, landlords, cleaning teams, and maintenance providers
- Ensure compliance with H&S guidelines and internal office procedures
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and the wider team
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, including access rights, equipment, and welcome packs
- Maintain accurate office records, contracts, documentation, and contact lists
- Support operational activities related to IT distribution, including vendor visits, partner meetings, and internal training sessions
Events & Culture
- Organize internal events, vendor days, customer visits, and team building activities
- Play an active role in fostering a positive, engaged, and inclusive office culture
- Support initiatives related to wellbeing, engagement, and workplace improvements

Finance & Procurement Support
- Process invoices and assist with expense tracking
- Support purchase orders and supplier onboarding
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure cost effective office management
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Concierge, Client Services Lead, Executive Assistant, or similar role within a corporate working environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with excellent multitasking capability
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Professional, discreet, and service oriented with high personal standards
Desirable
- Experience working within IT, technology, or distribution environments
- Exposure to fast moving commercial office settings
- Experience supporting senior leadership or sales/operations functions
