As Client Services Marketing Manager[ LOOKFANTASTIC ], you’ll lead brand partnerships and retail media strategy within assigned beauty categories, ensuring high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI and incremental revenue growth.

You’ll shape the online beauty landscape, driving performance while championing cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Partner Management
➔ Own and lead relationships with high-value brands and partnership houses ➔ Act as the primary retail media contact for campaign strategy, planning, and performance
2. Retail Media Strategy & Planning
➔ Align retail media strategy with brand objectives, trading quotas, and Joint Business Plans (JBP) ➔ Identify new revenue opportunities—inventory, branding packages, and media products

3. Campaign Ownership & Execution
➔ Own full-degree campaigns, including:
- Planning & briefing
- Execution & optimization mid-flight
- Post-campaign reporting ➔ Lead key campaign moments (e.g., product launches, hero activations, peak trading periods)
4. Commercial Ownership & Revenue Growth
➔ Budget ownership for assigned categories, driving profitability and revenue targets ➔ Proactively pitch, upsell, and grow brand investments, negotiating scope, pricing, and investment levels ➔ Identify new revenue streams to increase supplier commitment
5. Performance, Data & Insights
➔ Analyze campaigns via KPIs (ROAS, ROI, CTR, sales uplift, attribution modeling) ➔ Deliver clear, data-driven post-campaign analysis with actionable recommendations ➔ Use insights to optimize live campaigns and future strategy
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
➔ Work closely with:
- Buying & Merchandising
- Trading & CRM teams
- Tech & Data
- Marketing ➔ Align retail media activity with departmental and category strategy goals ➔ Manage cross-team consistency and clarity ➔ Foster strong relationships for seamless execution
7. Strategy Development & Innovation
➔ Carry out quarterly strategic reviews, uncovering growth opportunities ➔ Stay ahead of industry trends, retail media evolution, and tool introductions ➔ Lead continuous improvement, focusing on data and efficiency
8. Team Leadership & Development
➔ Support and mentor junior team members, setting clear performance expectations ➔ Guide campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and commercial success ➔ Build a high-performing team culture and champion shared goals
What Skills & Experience Do You Bring?
Essential
✅ Experience in:
- Retail media
- Digital marketing & eCommerce
- Media planning ✅ Proven track record managing brand relationships and achieving commercial targets ✅ Strong analytical skills able to interpret data and translate insights into action ✅ Hands-on end-to-experience campaign ownership ✅ Sharp communicator with abilities in stakeholder management and presentations
