Role Description

The Client Services & Operations Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role is responsible for supporting client-facing teams with day-to-day service requests, onboarding documentation, account maintenance, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. The Analyst will coordinate with portfolio managers, operations, and custodians to ensure smooth trade settlement, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and resolution of operational issues. Daily tasks include preparing client reports, monitoring account activity, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to process improvements across client service and operations workflows. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and supporting special projects related to product updates or system enhancements.

  • Strong client services and customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Solid understanding of finance and investment concepts, preferably within asset or wealth management.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or portfolio management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and to take initiative in solving operational issues.
  • Prior experience in financial services, operations, or client support is preferred but not required.
