Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where organisation, customer service and keeping people on track comes naturally to you?

We are working with a growing and highly service-focused business in Woking that is looking to appoint a Client Services & Operations Team Manager to support the day-to-day running of their busy office operation.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll oversee a small office-based team, manage workflow and priorities, support customer enquiries, monitor allocations and help ensure the business continues to deliver a first-class service to its clients.

The role works closely alongside one of the Managing Directors, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, teamwork and becoming a trusted part of a growing business.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day, keeping both the team and workflow organised while maintaining high standards of customer care and communication.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the daily workflow of a small office team
  • Delegating and prioritising tasks throughout the day
  • Ensuring customer enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
  • Monitoring team progress, workload and service standards
  • Supporting the allocation of cleaners to new and existing clients
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the service provided
  • Supporting the Managing Director with operational updates and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate systems, workflow tracking and task management
  • Identifying areas where efficiency and service can continue to improve

Additional Information

This is a full-time office-based position in Woking.

You will need your own transport due to the location of the office.
