About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Client Services & Production Coordinator to manage production schedules and client relationships for major UK theatres and high-profile London West End productions. You will be the administrative heartbeat of our print operations, ensuring every programme is delivered on time and to specification in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Coordination: Maintain nationwide and West End production schedules 3 months in advance; manage critical dates and complex cast change rotations (e.g., 14-week cycles).
  • Production Management: Raise POs, manage supplier schedules, oversee artwork flow, coordinate national deliveries, and handle urgent reprints.
  • Client & Venue Liaison: Serve as an important point of contact for UK venue managers, London producers, and commercial clients via phone and email.
  • Commercial Support: Gather quotes/estimates and manage production for a wider portfolio of commercial clients.
  • Administration: Track monthly sales figures, archive records, and maintain accurate, compliant internal "job bags."

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
