Position Overview
Valitana is seeking a talented Senior Associate, Client Services to support our client success team in the United Kingdom.
The ideal candidate will:
- Become an expert in Valitana’s multi-asset class trade and portfolio management system
- Deliver a white-glove client service to maximise platform performance
- Guide clients through Valitana Vantage’s features and solve unique business challenges

- Deliver high-quality support across hedge funds, banks, trustees, insurance firms, and CLO/ABL managers
- Guide clients in optimising Valitana Vantage capabilities

Financial & Risk Analysis
- Analyse financial metrics including:
- Fixed income
- Private credit
- Deal structures (e.g., ABL (Asset-Based Lending) and CLOs (Collateralized Loan Obligations))
- Maintain compliance for SMA (Separately Managed Accounts) and managed deals
Technical & Workflow Support
- Assist clients in uploading and managing data within Valitana Vantage
- Create custom metrics and workflows for clients and prospects
- Develop Excel-based solutions using the Valitana plugin for data integration
- Occasionally support light travel (up to 10% of time) for conferences/events in UK, EU, and the US
Qualifications
Essential
✔ 5–8+ years of experience in mathematics, engineering, finance, or financial operations (client-facing required) ✔ Hands-on collateralized loan obligations (CLO) experience ✔ Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, pivot tables, etc.) ✔ Honours Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc Hons) from an accredited university ✔ Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills ✔ Highly organised and detail-oriented with independent and team-working agility

Preferred
🔹 1+ year of mentorship/management experience in a financial/analytical setting 🔹 Familiarity with Python (but not critical)

What We Offer
Base Salary & Benefits
💴 GBP 70,000 - 100,000 (depending on experience) 💰 Competitive total rewards package, including:
