Client Services Senior Manager – Wealth Management
Location: City of London Salary: £50k–£55k (dependent on experience) + bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Senior Manager to oversee a Client Services team of 6 at our successful wealth management firm. This is a newly created, hands-on role where you will be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day back-office operations
- Managing and developing the CS team
- Supporting financial advisers to maintain outstanding client experiences
- Driving operational efficiency through strategic improvements
The role is not office management in the traditional sense—this is leadership, coaching, and process optimisation, including CRM, workflow tools, and emerging technology (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, AI).

Requirements
- Previous experience in wealth management / financial planning services
- Strong understanding of wealth management operations, client services, and paraplanning—including the advice process and regulatory compliance
- Relevant financial qualifications (advantageous) with a commitment to continuous professional growth
- Proven ops management or practice leadership experience
- Experience managing KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing administrative workflows
- IT literacy (MS Office, CRM, MS Teams, SharePoint, emerging tools)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in fluent English
