If you’re looking to take an exciting new direction with your HSBC career, an internal move can open the door to many opportunities, allowing you to take on a new challenge, and develop your skills. Bring your knowledge of our brand to a new role and grow yourself further.

Client Solution Deployment Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Solution Deployment Manager.

This role sits between Customer Success and modern delivery, where you’ll partner closely with the Mission Lead and empowered product teams to get solutions into clients’ hands quickly and smoothly removing blockers, coordinating dependencies, and driving adoption through to measurable outcomes. It’s a servant-leader role with real influence: you’ll build trusted relationships with client communities, improve the end-to-end deployment experience, and ensure the platform’s capabilities translate into tangible business impact rather than “delivered but unused” change.

A move across the business allows you to continue to access tailored professional development opportunities, and our fantastic benefits packages.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain deep, direct relationships with key internal clients, understanding their workflows, pain points, desired outcomes and success metrics
  • Be the trusted escalation point for client concerns, ensuring issues are resolved predictably and plans are communicated transparently
  • Proactively identify impediments (technical, organisational, regulatory, or process-related) slowing delivery and relentlessly track them to resolution
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, surface risks early, and maintain clear, real-time visibility of the dependency map
  • Own the tracking and communication of client-specific roadmaps (forecasts and committed deliverables), ensuring commitments are made only after sufficient discovery and then honoured at best effort
  • Provide proactive, honest visibility of delivery progress, capacity, forecasts, commitments and risk exposure to stakeholders and clients, grounded in evidence
  • Minimise unnecessary meetings and process overhead; when ceremonies are needed, ensure they’re well-prepared, outcome-driven, and supported by lightweight JIRA reporting
  • Foster a culture of team-led decision-making, psychological safety and shared accountability for outcomes, championing servant leadership and protecting teams from command-and-control interference.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior clients, engineering leads, quant researchers and risk professionals
