About the Role:
I am looking for a Solution Delivery Specialist to join a growing technology team. This is a varied, customer-facing position that combines technical consultancy, solution delivery, customer onboarding, and service transition activities.
Working closely with prospective and newly acquired customers, you will support the technical sales process, lead onboarding projects, deliver technical implementations, and ensure a seamless transition into a managed support environment. The role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft and infrastructure expertise who enjoys building customer relationships and providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer discovery meetings and technical consultations.
- Gather and assess customer requirements, business objectives, and existing IT environments.
- Recommend appropriate cloud, security, networking, and managed service solutions.
- Lead the onboarding of new managed service customers.
- Conduct technical audits and infrastructure assessments.
- Deliver implementation and migration projects across Microsoft technologies and managed service platforms.
- Configure, deploy, and support:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows Server
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Defender
- Deploy and support endpoint management and security solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and service excellence initiatives.

Skills & Experiences
Essential
- Previous experience in a 2nd Line, 3rd Line, or Technical Consultant role within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows Server
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Defender
- Experience onboarding customers into managed services.
- Presales, solution design, or technical scoping experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
