The Company
We're partnering with a rapidly growing Capital Markets SaaS FinTech that develops mission-critical software used by some of the world's leading financial institutions. Their platform helps investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and other market participants streamline complex workflows, improve operational efficiency, and make better data-driven decisions.
They're looking to hire a Client Solutions Developer to bridge the gap between engineering and clients, delivering bespoke technical solutions and helping customers maximise the value of the platform.

The Role
This is a technical, client-facing engineering position where you'll work closely with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to design and build solutions that solve real business problems.
You'll develop integrations, automate workflows, build custom functionality, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom Python solutions and integrations for enterprise financial services clients.
- Build APIs, automation tools, and workflow enhancements tailored to customer requirements.
- Work directly with clients to understand technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers on feature development and platform enhancements.
- Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and best engineering practices.
- Help shape the future direction of customer-facing platform capabilities.

Requirements
- Commercial experience developing software with Python.
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong quantitative related degree
- Market or financial data knowledge
- A customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in solving business problems.
