Client Solutions Director

Role Purpose

The Client Solutions Director is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for defining and executing Prevalent AI’s approach to client engagement and solution delivery globally.

This position leads high-impact client initiatives, fostering long-term relationships and driving adoption of our AI-powered cybersecurity platform.

The Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the Client Solutions strategy, working with executive leadership to develop innovative offerings that deliver measurable value, reduce cyber risk, and establish Prevalent AI as a trusted partner and market leader.

This role combines deep expertise in cybersecurity, strategic client management, and business development, with a focus on elevating client outcomes through transformative technology.

The role operates as a player-coach, mixing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement across pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery.


Key Accountabilities

  • Define and execute Prevalent AI’s Client Solutions approach in alignment with company goals, collaborating with the VP Client Solutions and contributing to broader strategy and product direction
  • Lead enterprise client and partner engagement, by:
    • Building trusted relationships
    • Identifying growth and transformation opportunities
    • Supporting solution design, deal shaping, and delivery across engagements
  • Establish and lead across the full client lifecycle, including:
    • Early discovery and value articulation
    • Solution design
    • Delivery oversight
    • Ongoing client success and expansion
  • Drive adoption of Prevalent AI’s core products, including:
    • Security Data Fabric
    • Knowledge Graph
    • Exposure Management
    • Tailoring solutions to meet client needs and ensuring measurable value through effective implementation and long-term success
  • Bridge between sales, product, delivery, and the client, by:
    • Collaborating cross-functionally
    • Developing tailored client solutions and roadmaps
  • Oversee and contribute to complex transformation projects, supporting decisions, resolving challenges, and ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and satisfaction for large-scale engagements
  • Mentor and lead the Client Solutions function, cultivating:
    • A culture of innovation
    • Technical excellence
    • Knowledge sharing
    • Client-centric thinking
  • Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to the executive team, including:
    • Identifying trends
    • Client needs
    • New market opportunities to drive business growth and refine solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity, offering guidance on:
    • Challenges
    • Emerging technologies
    • Industry best practices to enhance client resilience and maturity
  • Create and refine client-facing materials, including:
    • Proposals
    • Presentations
    • Solution artefacts
    • Over time, contribute to evolutions in assets and playbooks

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Extensive experience in senior client management, strategic consulting, or enterprise solutions within cybersecurity or SaaS technology sectors
  • Proven ability to:
    • Develop and execute strategic initiatives for measurable business value and revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Cybersecurity risks
    • Market trends
    • Credibility to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Track record of leading large, complex client projects and negotiations, coupling them with high-value partnerships
  • Leadership skills for mentoring and motivating teams in a high-growth environment
  • Strategic thinker with excellent:
    • Corporate communication
    • Stakeholder management
  • Proactive, innovative mindset, anticipating industry shifts and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams
  • Full-cycle client experience, including:
    • Discovery
    • Solution design
    • Pre-sales
    • Delivery
  • Solutioning capability, translating client challenges into actionable solutions aligned with product capabilities
  • Comfortable functioning in a player-coach model within a scaling organization, balancing client efficacy and hands-on contributions

Education

Flexible with preference, typically requiring a:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
