Job Title: Client Solutions Manager
Location: London | Hybrid (3–4 Days Onsite per Week)
Contract Length: 12 Month Contract
Hourly Pay Rate: £37.50
We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to join a high-performing team supporting some of the world's leading entertainment brands, including studios, publishers, streaming services, and media organisations.
This is a highly client-facing role, ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, campaign strategy, and platform optimisation who enjoys building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable business results.
The Role
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will partner with clients to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and campaign performance. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise results through data-driven recommendations, campaign optimisation, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing solutions focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Lead media and creative strategy planning across multiple campaigns.
- Define measurement frameworks and oversee reporting against key performance indicators.
- Identify campaign optimisation opportunities to improve results and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class client solutions.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to clients.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, or client solutions.
- Strong platform knowledge and hands-on campaign management experience.
- Extensive experience creating, managing, optimising, and reporting on campaigns through Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Experience
- Entertainment, media, publishing, streaming, or gaming industry experience.
- Experience working in-house or within a media agency environment.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, media planning, and audience strategies.
