Role purpose:
The Client Solutions Manager plays a vital role in supporting and where appropriate, leading client engagements to demonstrate the value of Prevalent AI’s innovative cybersecurity solutions. This hands-on role involves working directly with clients to understand their security challenges, gather requirements, and assist in designing tailored solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. Reporting to the VP of Client Solutions, or a Director of Client Solutions, whilst working closely with Product Management, Product Delivery, and Service Delivery teams, to ensure delivery excellence and maximize client value.
This position offers an opportunity to develop technical expertise, contribute to strategic initiatives, and work on the forefront of AI-powered security analytics aimed at empowering organizations to reduce cyber risk.
Key accountabilities
- Support and sometimes lead client discussions to identify opportunities that align with Prevalent AI’s solutions and client needs
- Eliciting requirements and needs from clients to understand their problems and challenges, and identifying features and capabilities needed to provide solutions
- Providing cyber domain and business analysis support during client engagements, ensuring solutions meet clients’ needs and deliver measurable value
- Articulating how Prevalent AI’s offerings - including our Security Data Fabric, Knowledge Graph, and Exposure Management – address clients’ needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Product Management and Services teams to support solution architecture and design
- Facilitate client engagement, including presentations, demos, and workshops, to communicate solutions clearly and confidently
- Contributing client insight and feedback to strategic direction and product roadmap, working through Client Solutions Directors and the VP
- Share expertise and practical know-how with team members, supporting knowledge exchange and continuous improvement within the business.

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable understanding of cybersecurity challenges faced by organizations, with credibility to engage confidently with clients.
- Proven experience supporting or leading customer engagements, especially in cybersecurity SaaS or product companies, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong consulting background—working with clients to understand complex requirements and craft practical, effective solutions.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including offshore delivery resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering technical presentations, demos, and executive summaries.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills., comfortable working with security telemetry and data, interpreting API outputs, and contributing to assessment logic.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to project delivery.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting the full client lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through solution design and delivery, contributing to solutioning under the direction of Client Solutions Directors.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams

Education
- Flexible, likely to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
