Client Solutions Manager – London (Hybrid)

Location: London – hybrid (3 days onsite)

Join a leading global technology company at the forefront of digital advertising and innovation. You’ll work with major telco advertisers across the UK, Nordics, and Turkey, driving campaign performance, leveraging AI tools, and delivering insights to transform client outcomes. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge advertising technology and the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on advertising solutions.
  • Develop and execute client strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to drive client success.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal company policies.
  • Support adoption of new advertising technologies and AI tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Contribute to reporting and insights that influence strategic business decisions.

  • Proven experience in client management, digital marketing, or advertising (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in media planning, buying, or performance marketing.
  • Prior exposure to telco clients or multi-market campaigns is beneficial.
