The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Retail & eComm team in the UK is a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful impact by building and managing key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement across clients in Grocery, High Street, Fashion and QSR. Highly technical and with a passion for marketing, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and to translate them into comprehensive solutions and strategies that deliver on our client’s business objectives, whilst driving growth in innovative ways.

Responsibilities

In partnership with Client Partner, responsible for developing strategic frameworks that balance short-term goals with long-term vision for transformational account growth and client sophistication. Includes nuanced understanding of client's business, operations and organization as well as Meta's advertising tech stack and future product roadmap Lead external client education and consultations for existing best practices and future product solutions. Proactively stay on the cutting edge of innovation through internal cross-functional team relationships with product, measurement, creative, engineering, and beyond Utilize technical background in product development, user experience (UI/UX), consumer journey and platform integration to work closely with cross functional teams (product, measurement, marketing, and engineering) in the development of scalable solutions for clients Craft data-driven narratives and recommendations to drive incremental revenue using custom analyses, effective communication, and persuasive presentation skills Manage end-to-end account operations, troubleshooting, and escalations ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Identify optimisation opportunities for improving Meta campaigns performance Develop and maintain impactful relationships with high level leadership at client and agency organizations. Embrace a leadership role in expansion strategies, defining budgets and providing recommendations for the businesses Prioritizing client and team face-time, with capacity to travel for external and internal meetings and events as needed Project manage internal operations and complex work streams

Expertise in analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases Proven track record driving a book of business, increasing revenue and business performance Experience delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working with a broad set of cross-functional teams Experience influencing executive leaders and clients Advanced experience structuring and manipulating raw data into datasets for analysis Experience navigating ambiguity with agility to effectively lead complex and changing priorities 8+ years of experience in digital media, sales, product and/or performance marketing
