Client Success Associate

About the Role

The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates in this role:

  • Understand and align with clients’ business priorities
  • Break down client challenges and identify optimal solutions
  • Support client decision-making to drive their long-term success

Responsibilities include:

  • Client onboarding
  • Proof-of-concept execution for Gartner services
  • Driving engagement with subscription products across large client teams

What You Will Do

Partner with clients across administrative levels in key functions:

  • C-level executives
  • IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales professionals

A key part of your role involves:

  • Introducing Gartner services to prospective and new clients
  • Managing accounts and connecting clients with Gartner’s expert community
  • Identifying client priorities and tailoring Gartner resources to maximize return on investment
  • Collaborating internally to deliver exceptional service
  • Innovating solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Driving engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth through data-driven insights
