ABOUT MOVEMEON
Movemeon is a tech-enabled global Search and Consulting business. We work with leading PE funds, global enterprises, VC-backed scale-ups, and consulting firms to find the best strategic, transformation, and commercial talent. Founded by ex-McKinsey consultants, we've built a community of over 90,000 strategic and commercial professionals — 45% ex-McKinsey, BCG or Bain. Over 5,000 businesses partner with us, including Bain Capital, Advent, KKR, Amazon, HelloFresh and Uber.
Why this role?
IInterim recruitment builds a specific set of skills — running volume, moving fast, managing candidates and clients simultaneously without dropping anything. That's exactly what this role requires. What's different here is the quality of the mandates. You won't be filling the same roles on repeat. You'll be placing senior strategy, transformation, and commercial professionals into businesses like Amazon, KKR, and HelloFresh, working from a community of 90,000 pre-qualified candidates rather than starting cold every time. The pace is the same. The work is more interesting. The conversion rates are significantly better.
No cold BD. Roles come from an established client base. Your job is to deliver, not to win the work. A community, not a database. 90,000+ active, pre-qualified professionals — conversion rates that will feel very different from a cold agency desk. Higher-calibre mandates. Senior strategy, transformation, and commercial roles at well-known businesses — more intellectually engaging than most interim desks. Tech-enabled delivery. Platform and data tools built to make fast recruiters even faster. Pace without the churn. The volume and speed of interim recruitment, without the relentless contractor renewal cycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll be doing
Owning search delivery end-to-end — from briefing through to offer and close. Running multiple searches simultaneously at pace, with rigorous pipeline management. Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates using our platform and your own market instincts. Building shortlists quickly and articulating clearly why each candidate fits. Managing candidate communication at volume without letting quality slip. Advising clients on market context and candidate quality — not just filling briefs. Keeping pipeline and account data accurate so nothing falls through the cracks.
What we're looking for
A background in interim, contract, or freelance recruitment — locum, professional services, or consulting interim desks are particularly relevant. Proven ability to run high volumes of live roles without losing pace or accuracy. Strong sourcing instincts for passive talent — you don't wait for applications. Highly organised, with tight process discipline built from working in a fast-moving environment. Commercially sharp — you understand margins, urgency, and what makes a placement stick. Good with clients: confident advising, not just order-taking. Comfortable with data and tech tools to track and manage delivery.
