Client Success Coordinator – Make an Impact in Service Delivery

Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment? We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, using data and insight to continuously improve performance and meet contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer orders, service requests, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying risks and driving actions to maintain high performance standards
  • Produce and analyse operational reports and dashboards to provide insight and support decision-making
  • Manage escalations, resolve operational issues, and contribute to service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee inventory, stock movements, and supplier coordination to support operational efficiency and scalability
  • Support billing processes, supplier invoicing, and resolution of financial queries
  • Drive internal projects and ensure delivery commitments are met within strict deadlines and contractual requirements
