Inside Global is a global agency dedicated to delivering growth and revenue opportunities for B2B tech companies, from Global brands such as Google, Oracle and HPE to AI start-ups.
As a result of demand and growth in 2025 we're looking for a talented Client Success Manager to join the team in Liverpool.
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for;
- Project managing campaigns, from set-up right the way through to renewal and growth
- Manage first level contact with clients on a daily basis over Zoom and email
- Create and present campaign status reports - both internally and externally
- Attend and manage weekly calls, monthly insights, quarterly reviews and project launch meetings
- Liaise internally with Client Success Administrators, Account Directors and Co-Founders
- Work with the service delivery team to provide information from and to clients
- Check accuracy of work and feedback any changes needed prior to it becoming client facing
- Have a good understanding on your clients’ objectives, internal marketing & sales strategy, plans and how it relates to our work
- Retain 100% clients through consistent project management, effective programme management, optimisation, amendment and suggestions
- Proactively demonstrate and communicate to clients where we are having success and where we can improve each day, week and month
- Assist with commercial conversations and actions
- Escalate big upsell opportunities to your Account Directors and Co-Founders
