Client Success Manager – Demand-Driven Growth Opportunity
CommScope is expanding its Global Customer Experience team to support evolving client needs and is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Shakopee, Minnesota office (5-day onsite role).
About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll oversee medium-to-large-scale projects from initiation to closure, ensuring:
- Logistical coordination across phases (planning, execution, control, closure)
- Priority account management by identifying critical initiatives
- Collaboration with internal teams to define solution capabilities
- Issue log management—tracking quality concerns from inception through resolution
Your leadership will directly impact client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects: • Align project stakeholders (clients, partners, internal teams) • Documents findings, risks, and dependencies for clear next steps • Escalate cross-functional issues as needed to drive resolution

Account prioritization: • Assess project feasibility, dependencies, and strategic alignment • Work with Customer Service to define delivered capabilities vs. gaps

Quality & risk resolution: • Maintain meticulous records of issues/logs • Partner with engineering/operations to ensure thorough closure on résolved items

Continuous improvement: • Benchmark processes against industry standards • Identify inefficiencies for remediation

Internal collaboration: • Facilitate transparent communication across virtual and onsite teams • Represent client interests at executive review points

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Systems), or equivalent with experience.
- Project experience: 3+ years in a technical, operational, or client-facing role managing projects of similar complexity (defined as medium-to-large scope with cross-functional dependencies).
- Technical proficiency: Hofstaetler experience with: • Business applications: SAP, data repositories, Lotus Notes, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Project tools: MS Project/Visio, Jira, flowcharts

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range
The range is informed by benchmarking with industry standards, skill sets, and local market data. $69,000–$95,000 obeys budgeting constraints for new hires, with room to adjust. Exceptional ROI drivers (demonstrated cost/process impact, incremental cost sides pushed to prior$) will warrant expansion within this bracket.
