Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to streamline resources and ensure exceptional client service.
- Align sponsors’ expectations – Pre- and post-sale coordination to maintain a deliverable sales process.
- Primary client liaison – Serve as the main point of contact for clients from contract signing through event delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide daily support to sponsors for seamless registration management.
- Build an internal knowledge base and assist with new client onboarding.
- Post-event feedback collection – Assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Ownership-driven – Proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering on promises.
- Highly organised & detail-oriented – Skilled in structuring and prioritising work effectively.
- Qualifications – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding academic results.
- Work permit – Must have (or be eligible for) a UK work permit.
- Adaptability – Quick learner capable of mastering new systems efficiently.
- Technical proficiency – Experience with CRM software and the Google Docs Editors suite.
- Experience – Minimum 3+ years in client/account management or customer success roles.
