To strengthen our team in the UK we are currently looking for a:

CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

In the role of Client Success Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of key clients' projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and meet the expected quality standards. You will also coordinate efforts across multiple teams, including product delivery, service operations and infrastructure, to ensure smooth execution and effective hands-offs at each project phase.

Main Activities

  • Focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the delivery phase by ensuring the product or solution meets agreed-upon requirements and quality standards.
  • Ensuring that service delivery meets contractual obligations, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Supporting contract management, invoicing, and billing, ensuring transparency and alignment with agreements.
  • Managing the delivery process by aligning teams, addressing issues that arise, and ensuring rapid resolution to minimize disruptions.
  • Overseeing post-delivery activities, ensuring smooth transitions into operational use and providing support, training, and any follow-up as needed.
  • Regularly communicating project progress, risks, and updates to internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with expectations and, if any, to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Focusing on the client retention in the long term, increasing business volume through the development of new service activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • At least 8+ years’ experience in the activities/role
  • Experience in the UK private banking and/or wealth management sector or Software and/or Consulting companies working for this sector
  • Experience in delivering projects to key accounts and leading multi-disciplinary teams
