Client Success Partner
Some people manage accounts. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You're organised without being rigid, proactive without being pushy, and you genuinely enjoy being the person who keeps relationships strong because everything behind the scenes simply works.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
The role
We're looking for a Client Success Partner (Fixed-Term Contract) to join Jam Pan.
This is primarily a client account coordination and relationship management role. You'll be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, keeping communication flowing, coordinating internal teams, tracking actions, managing account administration, and making sure every client has a consistently brilliant experience.
Rather than designing or delivering learning programmes yourself, you'll focus on keeping everything organised, ensuring commitments are met, and helping clients get the most from their partnership with Jam Pan.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
