Client Success Associate
About the Role
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, and individuals in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to:
- Understand and surface client business priorities
- Break down challenges
- Apply logic
- Identify the most effective ways to support the client in making the right decisions for their business
Key responsibilities include onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating engagement with products used by large client teams.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and manage relationships with various clients from:
- Senior C-levels to junior professionals in:
- IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices
- Senior C-levels to junior professionals in:
- Ensure successful utilization of clients' Gartner subscription, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients while communicating value to decision makers
- Facilitate client engagements to identify priorities and recommend a program of action ensuring high value and strong ROI for Gartner memberships
- Collaborate internally with partner teams to overcome obstacles and maximize value delivered to clients
- Conduct regular reviews of the client book of business, analyzing performance and key engagement metrics

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional or internship experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven track record of success driven by a passion for delighting clients
- Strong skills in:
