Skybound Wealth UK is the FCA regulated arm of the business, operating since 2002 and advising clients UK-wide. We are headquartered in Wallisdown (Bournemouth), with advisers across the UK.
As we continue to scale, we are expanding our UK aligned hub model, designed to ensure advisers, paraplanners, and administrators work seamlessly together to deliver high-quality, compliant advice to our clients.
About Us
This is a high-impact administrative role supporting advisers and paraplanners by owning key operational processes, managing workflow momentum, and acting as a central point of coordination across providers, clients, and internal teams.
You will be trusted with responsibility, visibility, and influence, helping ensure cases progress efficiently, files remain complete and compliant, and advisers can focus on delivering advice.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Provider Administration
- Manage the UK Client Services mailbox, handling a high volume of inbound enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Act as first point of contact for providers and admin-level client queries
- Prepare, issue, and track client agreements and related documentation
- Send Letters of Authority (LOAs) to providers and actively chase responses
- Obtain client valuations in advance of annual reviews

New Business & Pipeline Management
- Process new business applications accurately and in line with internal procedures
- Log and manage all new business through internal registers and systems
- Maintain pipeline momentum, ensuring cases progress without unnecessary delay
- Provide regular updates to advisers on case status and next steps
Operational Oversight & Quality Control
- Take ownership of file completeness and operational readiness prior to advice and reporting stages
- Support the preparation and issuance of suitability reports to clients
- Oversee agency transfers and liaise with providers where required
- Assist in drafting, maintaining, and improving operational processes and templates
Projects & Team Support
- Support and help coordinate an ongoing UK re-patriation project
- Assist with internal projects, including template upgrades and process improvements
- Support the onboarding of new team members
- Provide general adviser support and workflow coordination across the hub

Requirements
Essential
- Experience in a financial services administration role (IFA / Wealth Management)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple cases and competing priorities
- Professional communication skills with clients, providers, and colleagues
- Comfortable working with systems, registers, and structured processes
Desirable
- Experience supporting advisers and paraplanners in an advice-led environment
- Exposure to transfers, new business processing, or re-patriation cases
- A proactive mindset with a desire to improve how things are done
We are open to full-time or part-time options for this role.
