- Degree-qualified in science/engineering
- Members of the Water Management Society
- Or meet the criteria to become full members
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Legionella management and control

As our Client Support Administrator at Vantify, your role will involve:
- Managing and maintaining internal systems through administrative tasks
- Adding/managing users, maintaining client and property databases, and supporting new users
- Responding to client queries and ensuring smooth operations for both internal teams and external clients
This role is perfect for someone who excels in administrative tasks, enjoys being a central point of contact, and takes pride in providing high-quality support.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
🔹 System Administration & Data Management
- Administer and manage internal software systems, including:
- Adding/managing users
- Maintaining client and property data
- Uploading site information
- Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates for clients and projects
🔹 Client & User Support
- Respond to queries within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Answer administration support line calls promptly and professionally
- Serve as the first point of contact for new system users, providing training and guidance
🔹 Liaison & Data Entry
- Regularly collaborate with clients and suppliers to gather and accurately input data
- Verify and maintain up-to-date records to uphold system integrity
🔹 Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges
- Provide ongoing support to clients/users for system-related issues
🔹 Client Onboarding & Reporting
- Assist the contract manager in new client mobilisation for a seamless transition
- Generate client reports, train suppliers/users, and manage new supplier onboarding
- Follow up with clients/suppliers to ensure timely task completion
🔹 Administrative Support
- Perform various internal administrative tasks
- Assist with supplier/client chasing to meet SLA deadlines

To excel in this role, you should have: ✅ Experience in system administration, data entry, or user support ✅ A background in administrative or customer support roles ✅ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) ✅ The ability to multitask and juggle multiple databases efficiently ✅ Resilience to work under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively ✅ Fast learner keen to contribute to a dynamic, growing business
