About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Support Administrator to join our fast-paced Retail & Consumer Claims Handling team at CSG on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This position will be based on-site at our Leeds office, 5 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that keeps things moving and delivers an exceptional service to our clients.

Role Responsibilities

You are expected to provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to our clients in the management of claims.

Here are your key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of a client account, with a particular focus on data entry and data accuracy
  • Ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of clients and commercial requirements of the firm, adhering to internal and client SLAs and KPIs
  • Assist with matter setup on our case management system
  • Assist with Management Information (MI) management, ensuring accuracy of data
  • Liaise with opponent representatives and other third parties (predominantly via phone calls)
  • Reference and triage post via a shared email inbox
  • Perform other administrative duties, as required

Key Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following:

  • Proven experience in administration
  • Hands-on experience managing and organising files
  • Confidence in making and receiving calls, displaying a professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills, including:
    • Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, look-ups)
    • Ability to handle basic data analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to shifting workloads
  • Independence and initiative, with confidence to work autonomously
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within the claims team
  • Clear and positive communication skills, with an enthusiastic approach to work
  • Experience using finance systems (preferred but not essential)
