About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Support Administrator to join our fast-paced Retail & Consumer Claims Handling team at CSG on a 6-month fixed term contract.
This position will be based on-site at our Leeds office, 5 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that keeps things moving and delivers an exceptional service to our clients.

You are expected to provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to our clients in the management of claims.
Here are your key responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of a client account, with a particular focus on data entry and data accuracy
- Ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of clients and commercial requirements of the firm, adhering to internal and client SLAs and KPIs
- Assist with matter setup on our case management system
- Assist with Management Information (MI) management, ensuring accuracy of data
- Liaise with opponent representatives and other third parties (predominantly via phone calls)
- Reference and triage post via a shared email inbox
- Perform other administrative duties, as required

Key Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following:
- Proven experience in administration
- Hands-on experience managing and organising files
- Confidence in making and receiving calls, displaying a professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills, including:
- Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, look-ups)
- Ability to handle basic data analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to shifting workloads
- Independence and initiative, with confidence to work autonomously
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within the claims team
- Clear and positive communication skills, with an enthusiastic approach to work
- Experience using finance systems (preferred but not essential)
