Milton Keynes, hybrid, office days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays

About The Role
BSI Regulatory Services is looking for a Client Support Advisor who will provide administrative support and engage with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls from external and internal clients in an effective manner, ensuring that the BSI Client First principles are maintained at all times. Delivering a first time resolution where possible.
- Work as part of our Client Administration Team to ensure all activities are covered within the overall Client Services Team.
- Actively contact our clients to resolve client requests, focusing on voice interaction as our preferred method of communication.
- Take ownership for all client queries and dissatisfaction, working collaboratively across BSI to ensure a prompt and thorough investigation, responding to clients at the earliest opportunity.
- Process both internal and external client queries in a timely manner, whilst ensuring BSI systems are accurately maintained.
- Review all client queries, ensuring we deliver exceptional service whilst supporting business needs, expectation and relevant policies and procedures.
- Work as a team across the client service functions to support and share best practice and encourage a positive, inclusive, “Can do” team culture.
- Support all business administration activities of managing clients and any client queries.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have
- Experience in client handling roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and vocal) and able to communicate at all levels
- Planning, organization and creative problem solving
- Strong written and verbal English, additional languages are a plus
