Client Support Associate | Belfast (Hybrid) | Up to £30,000

Are you working in IT support or a service desk role and looking for something a little more technical?

If you're used to working through a high volume of tickets and want to move into a role where you can spend more time investigating issues, building relationships with customers and developing your technical skills, this could be worth a look.

I'm working with a growing software company that's looking to add a Client Support Associate to its expanding support team.

You'll be supporting a SaaS platform used by global organisations, working directly with senior finance stakeholders including CFOs and Heads of Tax. The focus is on understanding problems, analysing data, troubleshooting issues and delivering an excellent customer experience, rather than simply closing tickets as quickly as possible.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
