The Role
This is a part-time, on-site role based at our Manchester Support Office, perfect for university students looking to gain real-world experience alongside their studies.
As a Client Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and personal trainers, handling enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels. You'll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, developing key communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to client and trainer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of Client Support for global customers and personal trainers.
- Processing requests accurately and within agreed service timeframes, with guidance available where necessary.
- Supporting the CS team in meeting personal and departmental KPIs.
- Helping with payment processing and managing account-related queries, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Assisting with booking training sessions and supporting gyms to maximise sessions delivered per week.
- Aiming for first-time resolution for issues while collaborating with other departments and using available resources.
- Taking ownership of client complaints and following correct escalation processes when required.
- Understanding clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Adapting to change proactively, using initiative to resolve issues and contribute to client satisfaction.
- Building excellent knowledge of products and services to clarify information effectively.
- Identifying opportunities for additional advice and escalating where needed for enhanced client value.
- Working with client data, reports, and systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and governance.
- Using company systems according to policies and processes for correct data capture.
- Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude towards organisational changes, supporting colleagues through knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Working Hours
- Core working hours: 8:00AM to 8:00PM (shift patterns may vary as needed).
- Shift flexibility required to meet business demands.
- 12 hours per week (part-time).
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- GCSE passes in Maths and English.
- Experience working in a Customer Support setting (current or recent).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High-level computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of Client Support techniques and tools.
