Client Support Executive
Salary: £23,510 per annum Hours per week: 35 Location: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week at IOSH’s head office in Wigston, Leicester (remainder completed remotely)
Note:
- Must have the pre-existing right to live and work in the UK.

About the Role
The Client Support Executive works within the Client Support Administration team, collaborating across the wider organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Commercial Development team, guiding customers and colleagues through:
- Application, approval, and licencing of training providers and trainers
- IOSH for Business set-up
- Supporting sales teams for:
- Tailored Course Approvals
- Instructional Design agreements
- Using communication tools like email, telephone, and internal meetings, while following internal policies and processes accurately and efficiently
- Delivering excellent administration and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries related to IOSH procedures, criteria, and training products
- Providing first-class responsive administrative support
- Assisting with issues related to digital platforms for workbooks and certification
- Managing a varied workload with ownership over multiple projects
- Collaborating within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

What You’ll Bring
We seek a self-motivated candidate with:
- Previous administration and customer service experience in an office-based environment
- Proficiency in handling customer queries via telephone and email
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage workloads effectively
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Aptitude to build strong stakeholder relationships
Essential Criteria
- Customer Service experience with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and organisation skills, including multi-tasking and prioritisation
- Office administration experience
- Proficiency in:
- MS Office applications
- Internal CRM systems
