About JHL
JHL is a communication consultancy specialising in the delivery of Mobile, Hosted Telephony, Data & Fixed Line solutions to the corporate marketplace. Our aim is to consolidate and expand our current position as a leading, communications consultancy.
About the Role
Due to continued success throughout the UK, we require an experienced customer service/administrator to join our existing client care team. Based in Glasgow, this role involves handling and coordinating all issues and queries from our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Account management
- General administration
- Problem solving
- Liaising with suppliers as and when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service/administration based environment
- Proven administrative skills and good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Previous experience of the telecommunications industry, and the mobile phone industry in particular, would be a distinct advantage
- Professional, highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (written, verbal & listening)
- Willing to take responsibility for your actions
