IFGlobal is a leading eCommerce fulfilment solutions business. Our headquarters are located in Christchurch, Dorset and we have recently opened brand new state of the art office space in Aviation Park West, Bournemouth Airport. We have operations in the USA and Europe.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a diverse and dynamic Client Support Specialist to provide a frontline telephone, online and administration support to our portfolio of clients.

This is an exciting time for the business as it continues to grow at pace and will be a rewarding and varied role for the successful applicant.

The Role:

Our Client Support Specialist role is a pivotal position within the organisation. A successful candidate will ensure the core requirements of day-to-day Client administration, maintenance and finance requirements are completed quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. A Client Support Specialist must be able to develop and maintain excellent partnerships with existing and new Clients and be able to galvanise internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for Client queries through a ticketing system and telephone calls.
  • Managing courier queries such as late delivery, missing parcels and collections.
  • Taking ownership for Client related queries such as backorders, concerns, shipping issues, booking in, held orders.
  • Work cross functionally across warehouse, tech and finance functions to ensure Client queries are being managed and prioritised.
  • Articulate and able to compose concise and well written emails setting out the issue, impact, solution and actions taken.
  • Prioritisation of tasks and negotiate competing priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to the Client by understanding their business needs and taking accountability for their queries.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent Client focus with proven experience in building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Administrative experience and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • To passionately represent the company to our Clients and also show a strong desire to understand their business and aspirations.
  • Ability to manage at pace, differing tasks and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally internally and externally.
  • Positive can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and to adapt your style and practices to respond to changing circumstances and Client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An eye for detail.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum
