This is not a task-only support position. This is a client-facing role that plays a critical part in protecting relationships, supporting the team, and delivering a consistent, high-level client experience.
You will be a daily point of contact for clients, help drive retention through responsiveness and accuracy, and ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism of our company.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests with professionalism and urgency
- Process policy changes, documentation, and routine service work accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with questions, billing inquiries, and coverage support
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion and client satisfaction
- Support producers and team members in delivering a seamless client experience
- Maintain organized and accurate account records in company systems
- Help ensure consistency and quality across all service interactions
This role protects client relationships and supports the overall performance of the company.
What We're Looking For
- Prior customer service experience required (insurance experience preferred)
- Active North Carolina Property and Casualty license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and proactive in daily responsibilities
- Team-oriented with a strong service mindset

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range: $35,000–$55,000+ based on experience and background
