Client Support Team Assistant - Post Completion

Description

We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join the team!

This is a pivotal role in the company, working in the Post Completion section of our Client Support Team, where you will provide exceptional service to our clients and provide assistance to our team of conveyancers.

This largely administrative role is a vital part of our post completion conveyancing process with key responsibilities to include the completion of registrations, dealing with all Land Registry processes and requisitions. This will require liaison with clients, lenders, solicitors, and colleagues in regard to all Post Completion matters ensuring that all incoming correspondence into the department either by post, email or telephone is efficiently processed in line with agreed standards and KPIs.

You will be provided with training for the role in addition to further training for processes assigned to the wider Background Team to enable you to move between different areas of the department to fulfil business needs.

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable values and ethics that mirror our own culture values and to be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence the following in your CV:

A minimum of two years administrative experience, ideally gained within the conveyancing or post completion environment. Demonstrable experience in providing exceptional client service, ideally over the telephone. Strong administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail. How you have successfully worked as part of a team. Your ability to use standard software including Microsoft Office and Google with the willingness to learn how to successfully use Customer Management Systems Experience of working in a target focused environment demonstrating your ability to achieve personal and department performance-related targets.
